Premier Inn Nottingham South

The room was very comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We have stayed here before, and breakfast has always been good. This time breakfast was awful. The sausages were tiny, and had a grainy texture which was unpleasant. The bacon had been sat under a heat lamp for some time and was like cardboard. The eggs had also been sat under a lamp, and were rubbery. £10.99 is a lot to pay for such poor food.

Very convenient. What would make the difference from other Premier is actually the staff we found. Really friendly and attentive reception staff. We stopped here for just 1 night as visiting family nearby so location was convenient. Staff at reception were very helpful and answered all questions we had and offer helped with request, i wpuld say going above and beyond actually. So definately made a difference. Will definitely come back when we visit the area again.

This is a great hotel, particularly due to the friendly, helpful, polite staff. It's a fairly small hotel so the size of the breakfast room reflects that but the kitchen staff are great, as is the breakfast which is usually cooked to order but can be a buffet style at busy times/weekends. There is a Grren King pub, called the Nottingham Knight at the side of the car park which is really convenient for lunch/ evening meals or a drink.

We stayed here for 2 nights, with a Guide Dog for the Blind puppy, the room we were given was very roomy and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating of our pup and all staff were friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Dee in the breakfast room, she was so helpful and informative of all the ooptions on the breakfast menu. The cost of the room and the additional breakfast were very reasonable. Plenty of parking and easy access to Nottingham centre.

My room was comfortable and clean. However, it would be helpful if an iron and ironing board were available in the room, as I had to collect one from reception and carry it upstairs. The shower pressure could also be improved. There was a small issue with my second night’s booking, but the lady at reception (I didn’t catch her name) was extremely helpful and resolved the problem within minutes. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I appreciated the attentive service.

This is absolutely amazing, especially the bar restraunt. The food was absolutely delicious, the servers are so nice and we had such an amazing experience here. I 100% recommend coming here ASAP.

Have stayed here over the last 2 years and now my last stay. Im very happy with the overall experience. My highlight is Dee who serves breakfast, she is always smiling and making conversation. I would choose this hotel when travelling purely for the experience I have received through Dee, she is a credit to the company. Thank you!

Had a pleasant stay in this premier inn, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. However the corridor leading to the room did have an unpleasant smell, this was not noticed in the room though! The staff were lovely and we would return.
